Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Drive sales activity through business development efforts with companies or individuals

  • Identify opportunities, research their requirements, conduct primary research, present proposals, negotiate deals, and close deals

  • Coordinate activities with other departments such as Project Management and Finance

  • Develop and implement strategic business plan to achieve revenue growth and margin expansion

  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitive activities, maintain current knowledge of construction and contracting industry

  • Assist with rent analysis, rent reviews, and lease renewals

  • Utilize all business tools and systems, including but not limited to, Procore, CRM, Salesforce, and MailChimp

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal contact information on prospects, clients, and accounts

  • Work to make business development efforts efficient and cost-effective

  • Work closely with the company’s existing customers to develop long-term relationships.


Qualifications



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4-8 years experience.
