This is a full-time on-site role for a Room Division Manager at Kakanfo Inn and Conference Centre.
The Room Division Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's rooms division (Front Fesk, Spa, Housekeeping and Maintenance Teams), including receptionist duties, guest satisfaction, customer service, and training of staff.
Qualifications
Excellent guest satisfaction, customer satisfaction and customer service skills
Proven experience in receptionist duties and front desk operations
Strong training and team management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred but not required
Fluent in English language, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
