Purpose of the Position



  • The role is to ensure professional and top notch management of stakeholders.


Responsibilities


Operational Deliverables



  • Manage a regulatory stakeholder relations portfolio

  • Manage regulatory stakeholder events

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

  • Build credibility, equity and trust with stakeholder groups

  • Manage stakeholder forums, meetings and special events

  • Create and manage a database logging engagement with stakeholders, any outcomes or actions to be taken as a result of this engagement, and what stakeholders’ priorities are

  • Conduct stakeholder perception audits;

  • Regularly reviewing success of stakeholder engagement

  • General regulatory Admin support


Stakeholder Management



  • Leverage external networks to identify optimisation opportunities

  • Leverage internal networks to identify optimisation opportunities

  • Cultivates and maintains relationships with national regulators and other government stakeholder


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree


Experience



  • 3 years in a regulatory environment
