Infytel Communications Limited is looking to hire a vibrant, smart, intelligent and detailed oriented individual for the post of a Personal Assistant./Client Relations.


The prospective candidate should have skills in:



  • Office management skill

  • Customer Relations Management

  • Ability to prioritize task

  • Verbal and written communication skill

  • Familiar with office gadgets

  • Time management skill

  • Always pay attention to details


Ability to multi- task


Good knowledge in MS office, Outlook, excel, power point etc.


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Manage the MD’s itineraries

  • Attend meetings with the MD or on behalf of the MD, take minutes, develop it and distribute accordingly

  • Coordinate and manage the office of the MD

  • Act as point of contact for the organization

  • Attend and manage information flow in a timely and organized manner

  • Arrange for all executive travels, accommodations and movement

  • Schedule appointments and manage phone calls

  • Manage the customer base of the executives

  • Manage the Clients Birthdays 

  • Attend to visitors on behalf of the MD

  • Any other assignment that might be given by the management.


REQUIREMENTS



  • Minimum qualification of HND/B.Sc in computer science, computer engineering or any related qualifications. Professional certificate would be an added advantage

  • Good understanding and analysis of IT Solutions and services

  • Knowledge of basic hardware and software

  • Proven experiences of IT solutions 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must have at least 4-5 years knowledge of the role.
