Infytel Communications Limited is looking to hire a vibrant, smart, intelligent and detailed oriented individual for the post of a Personal Assistant./Client Relations.
The prospective candidate should have skills in:
- Office management skill
- Customer Relations Management
- Ability to prioritize task
- Verbal and written communication skill
- Familiar with office gadgets
- Time management skill
- Always pay attention to details
Ability to multi- task
Good knowledge in MS office, Outlook, excel, power point etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the MD’s itineraries
- Attend meetings with the MD or on behalf of the MD, take minutes, develop it and distribute accordingly
- Coordinate and manage the office of the MD
- Act as point of contact for the organization
- Attend and manage information flow in a timely and organized manner
- Arrange for all executive travels, accommodations and movement
- Schedule appointments and manage phone calls
- Manage the customer base of the executives
- Manage the Clients Birthdays
- Attend to visitors on behalf of the MD
- Any other assignment that might be given by the management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum qualification of HND/B.Sc in computer science, computer engineering or any related qualifications. Professional certificate would be an added advantage
- Good understanding and analysis of IT Solutions and services
- Knowledge of basic hardware and software
- Proven experiences of IT solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have at least 4-5 years knowledge of the role.
