Job Overview and Duties



  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the diverse subsidiaries of the business, ensuring cohesive operations and aligned goals.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's subsidiaries.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the subsidiaries.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to optimize business opportunities and partnerships.

  • Manage and motivate staff.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of new projects.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Foster synergy among the different business units to drive collective growth and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with pertinent government authorities, contributing to a favourable business environment.

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.

  • Strategically assess and identify areas for business improvement across all subsidiaries, recommending and implementing necessary enhancements.

  • Uphold high standards of quality and service in line with the company's brand and values.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

  • Experience in government project management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
