Job Description



  • Our client is in search of a professional and competent Administrative Manager to join her team. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall operations of the beauty studio, generating ideas and initiatives to further boost its operations.


Responsibilities



  • Lead initiatives to boost business operations

  • Suggest and relate ideas for business improvement to the management

  • Process payments using excel and other invoicing apps

  • Schedule makeup appointment

  • Take pictures and videos of works done and post on social media

  • Organise training programs

  • Manage appointments and schedule of clients and make up artists.

  • Sending out invoices and follow up with payment

  • Respond to emails and messages across various platforms, send out broadcast messages to customers about business offerings

  • Reconcile cash and bank payments

  • Prepare reports and documents as required

  • Generate social media content ideas, ensure to capture and update social media handles, and ensure the page runs optimally

  • Constantly communicate with and manage vendors and suppliers

  • Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels of beauty products and tools

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and relate them to management


Requirements



  • Minimum of a B.Sc. in Administration or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in administrative or operational management role, preferably in the beauty industry.

  • Previous experience working in a beauty studio is an added advantage

  • Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is mandatory

  • Well spoken, neat, pleasant demeanor, smart, and proactive

  • Must be a Self starter and Tech- savvy

  • must be able to independently take initiatives and come up with business solutions

  • Ability to take ownership of their role and effectively manage the business

  • Must show enthusiasm and willingness to grow

  • Must have basic Social media skills.
