Job Brief
- As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue within the electrical power industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients and strategic partners within the electrical power industry to expand the company’s customer base.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders across utilities, engineering firms, and other relevant segments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and market penetration.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales in the electrical power industry.
- In-depth knowledge of power system design, analysis, and operations, with a strong understanding of industry challenges and trends.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Salary
N350,000 - N600,000 / month.
