Requirements

The critical success criteria for this role are:

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration or related fields.


• 2-4 years experience as a Lounge Manager


• Good leadership skills.


• Effective communication skills.


• Driving and championing sales initiatives.


• Proactiveness in addressing operational issues.


• Meeting and surpassing the daily sales target.


• Good customer service skills.


• A problem solver who can think outside the box and implement actions as soon as possible.

Salary

N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
