Our client is in need of a highly capable and motivated Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their team and drive operational excellence.
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for the company's day-to-day operations, including overseeing the clinical, financial, and administrative functions.
The COO will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategies for growth and expansion.
Responsibilities
Manage clinical operations, protocols, staff, and service quality.
Oversee the company's administrative operations, including the management of finances, human resources, and information technology.
Develop and implement strategic plans for the company, in collaboration with the CEO.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients.
Manage the company's resources effectively.
Represent the company to external stakeholders.
Requirements
MBA / MSc in Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years proven track record of senior leadership experience.
Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
Experience working in the healthcare sector is an added advantage.
Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges.
