Job Summary



  • Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our upscale hotel.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering excellent guest experiences.


Responsibilities

Operational Management:



  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.

  • Monitor and manage daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

  • Implement and maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and safety.


Guest Experience:



  • Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.

  • Foster a guest-centric environment and monitor guest feedback to continuously improve services.


Staff Leadership:



  • Recruit, train, and manage a competent and motivated team of hotel staff.

  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.

  • Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.


Financial Management:



  • Develop and manage the hotel budget, closely monitoring expenses and revenues.

  • Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising guest satisfaction or service quality.

  • Drive revenue growth through effective pricing, promotions, and upselling opportunities.


Marketing and Sales:



  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance the hotel's visibility and attract new guests.

  • Participate in sales efforts, including developing corporate partnerships and managing group reservations.


Maintenance and Facilities:



  • Oversee regular maintenance and upkeep of the hotel's facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff.

  • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in hotel management or relevant hospitality roles.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.

  • Proficient in hotel management software and MS Office suite.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
