Job Overview
The administrative officer will be responsible for all general office administration and supporting project construction.
Deliverables
- Factory Reporting (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Factory reporting [project and operation report
- Meeting arrangement and write minutes of meeting
- Schedule meeting arrangement for head of plant
- Documentation of Purchase Order, Payment preparation from Project side
- Documentation Project Progress
- Arrangement of Meetings (Internal Meeting / Sharing / Refreshment / Training / Committee) KAIZEN, integrated report with Internet of Things, Energy and Cost Reduction Program Supporting Board Of Directors (Arrangement schedule, approval, BOD and Head of plant presentation)
- Documentation of Purchase Order, Payment preparation from Projects
- Liaising with vendors and purchasing of items for projects
Specification
- Discipline: B.sc/HND in Business Administration and Social Sciences
- Candidates should resident in Sagamu, Mowe and Abeokuta
Required Skills and Experience
- Two (2) - Three (3) years’ Experience
- Management/ Industrial Engineering/ Food Technology
- Proficiency in Ms-word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Exceptional MS Office skill - especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint-
- Teamwork – Ability to work well in a team.
- Time Management skills
