  • Onboard new clients into the various business components of the  organization

  • Manage customer experience towards attaining high customer retention and growth

  • Identify and Resolve Customer complaints in timely manner

  • Respond promptly, effectively and courteously to customer enquiries through various channels such as email, social media and telephone. 

  • Assist customers


Requirements:



  • BSc/HND in any discipline

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Positive Attitude to Work and desire to work for longer hours

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
