We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Generalist & Admin Manager to join our team.
You will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions, contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies, and supporting our employees throughout their employment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Conduct regular training sessions for employees on HR-related topics.
Manage employee benefits and ensure timely payroll processing.
Administer performance evaluation and career development programs.
Handle employee grievances and provide counseling and support as needed.
Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
Manage general administrative tasks and office operations.
Requirements
5 to 8 years of relevant hands-on experience in a Factory and Renewable energy Industry.
Top level vast experience in all HR processes, policies, and procedures.
Thorough knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
