Tangerine Life Insurance Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Insurance Sales Unit Manager to lead our sales team and increase the sales of our insurance policies. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the insurance industry and should have a track record of delivering measurable results. As the Insurance Sales Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of successful sales agents to achieve business goals. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies


Responsibilities



  • Manage a team of sales agents to achieve business goals

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volume and market share

  • Identify new market opportunities and develop sales initiatives

  • Evaluate the performance of sales agents and provide regular feedback and coaching

  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform sales strategies

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure sales activities are aligned with company objectives

  • Participate in the overall planning and execution of the sales process


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

  • Proven experience in insurance sales leadership roles

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies

  • Ability to coach and motivate a team of sales agents

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metric
