JOB DESCRIPTION TELESALES REPRESENTATIVE
- Answering all incoming phone calls on the official lines of the company.
- Reply to emails and give responses on all social media platforms.
- Help and assist customers and prospects with complaints and questions via calls, email and social media.
- Give customers and prospects detailed information about the products.
- Follow up on leads and prospects and ensure you meet your sales targets.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Utilize CRM system to manage the functions of receiving, assessing, analysing, resolving and documenting customers’ issues and complaints in accordance with agreed requirements.
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
- Assist in any capacity required in related customer service activities when necessary.
- Carrying out all other tasks in the ordinary course of business which the management reasonably consider necessary or proper in the interest of the company

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of HND/BSC in any field.
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a sales/telesales representative.
- Experience in real estate marketing is compulsory
- Professional certification is an added advantage.
