Responsibilities

• Manages individual classroom activities, such as planning, developing schedules, and modeling behavior.


• Guides, monitors, and directs children in adherence to classroom rules and procedures.


• Assesses individual children's needs for a better teaching and learning experience.


• Observing and guiding children with their learning needs


• Gathering resource materials and developing lesson plans.


• Introducing various learning exercises to help children learn better.


• Creating a safe and positive learning environment for the children .


• Tracking students’ progress and maintaining a report on the same.


• Accompanying students on field trips and other school activities.


• Attending seminars and workshops as and when required .


• Coordinating and collaborating with other Teachers to develop lesson plans.


• Communicating students’ progress with their parents.


• Adhering to the educational policies and guidelines at all times.
