Key Responsibilities:

• Assume overall responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of dredging equipment.


• Lead and supervise the dredging team, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations.


• Collaborate closely with project managers to meet project objectives, deadlines, and budget constraints.


• Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges that may arise during dredging operations.


• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


• Demonstrate cultural and community sensitivity in project management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the dredging industry.


• Previous experience working for international dredging companies in roles such as supervisor, manager, or dredge master.


• Proven expertise in offshore and channel dredging operations.


• Thorough knowledge of safety standards and environmental regulations.


• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to manage cultural and community aspects of projects with sensitivity.
