Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement comprehensive document management policies and procedures.

  • Categorize, tag, and organize documents to enable easy retrieval and tracking.

  • Maintain version control for critical documents to ensure accuracy and relevance.

  • Collaborate with various departments to manage the entire document lifecycle from creation to archiving.

  • Implement data management protocols to maintain data accuracy and consistency.

  • Monitor and cleanse data to eliminate duplicates and inaccuracies.

  • Coordinate with IT teams to optimize databases and systems for efficient data storage and retrieval.

  • Manage digital assets, including images, videos, and multimedia content.

  • Enforce data security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

  • Develop and enforce records retention policies in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide training to employees on effective document organization, data management best practices, and software tools.

  • Identify and implement document and data management software solutions.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in document and data management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address document and data management challenges.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Library Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 8 - 10 years work experience.

  • Proven understanding of document and data management principles and best practices.

  • Familiarity with electronic document management systems (EDMS) and data management tools.

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.

  • Problem-solving aptitude to tackle document and data management challenges.
