About the job

We are looking to hire an experienced UI/UX Designer :

• You should have prior experience with experience designing a verifiable product that is in use by customers. Pls provide the name of that app in apple / google play store


• The candidate should be willing to work in Hybrid work mode 1 or 2 days at our office and other days at home as instructed by the PM.


• The candidate would be responsible for developing visual assets, participating in ideation sessions, creating wireframes, and design prototypes for all our products.


• Provide daily support for the business operations and development through an intuitive/ standard practised user interface design and an improved user experience.


• The selected candidate would be part of a team of specialists in the development and implementation of enterprise app solutions to deliver the best customer experience across the products.


• Design and create web interfaces & experiences that synchronize the business objectives with optimal user experience. Design adaptation to all screen sizes.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the organization to conceptualize design decisions.

• We are developing an app for connecting patients to doctors - diagnostics - pharmacies. The app is intended to be like a social media of health. We are in the beginning phase and have completed the process user flow.


• We are looking for experienced candidates (Either as student or post education 1/2 years max) in developing wire frames for apps using Figma / Adobe illustrator etc. Following are the job responsibilities:


• Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements


• Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software


• Testing graphics across various media


• Understand the user work flow and create mock-ups and wireframes in line with it.


• Create dynamic graphic content for various frames- mobile / desktop / tablet


• Edit visual content and photos


• Create low and high fidelity interactive designs and templates


• Ensure good UI / UX by discussing with stakeholders both in organization and outside


• You will be on probation for the first 6 months and evaluation will be done after the probation period

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (High school diploma with good demonstrable experience will be considered)


• 2+ years' of experience in design


• Proficient in visual design and wireframing tools
