Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic Graduate Trainee to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to learn and grow within the field of visa processing and international immigration.


• As a Graduate Trainee, you will receive mentorship and guidance from experienced Visa Experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and execute the end-to-end visa application process, including verifying application documents, conducting interviews (if required), and ensuring adherence to visa regulations and guidelines.


• Provide courteous and professional assistance to visa applicants, responding to inquiries, explaining application procedures, and offering support throughout the application process.


• Thoroughly review and validate visa application documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness to facilitate timely processing.


• Stay updated on immigration laws, regulations, and policies to ensure strict compliance with both national and international visa requirements.


• Maintain accurate and confidential records of visa applications, approvals, and denials, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.


• Participate in quality assurance and control measures to ensure high-quality service delivery and minimize errors in visa processing.


• Prepare regular reports on visa application statistics, trends, and processing times for management review.


• And any other task assigned to you.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
