Details

• Directly handle the compilation of all check sheets, inspection test plans involved in the pre commissioning, commissioning and start up phases of the project


• Directly follow-up and verify that the installation of electrical and instrumentation systems are in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications and manufacturer’s requirements


• Coordinate project Quality activities under the direct supervision of the QAQC Project Lead and ensure project activities are in compliance with the Quality Plans and inspection and Test Plan (ITP)


• Review Method Statements and the Job Hazard Analysis to ensure compliance with Company and Client’s Quality policies and procedures.


• Under the supervision of the QAQC Project Lead or his/her designate, control the approval, review/update, distribution, maintenance and archival of project QMS documents in line with applicable procedures


• Ensures the quality control of project QMS document in line with the documents issues and also on the handover of ‘As – Build’ documents.


• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Project Quality status report in line with the Project requirements.


• Clear all punch lists raised by the clients and prepare closeout reports on the project


• Fully conversant with electrical and instrument inspection and quality control, including testing and commissioning of all types of electrical and instrument equipment.


• Directly responsible for flagging any potential Non-Conformance case, issue NCRs where compliance and standard requirements are not et and effectively work to ensure the prompt close out of all NCRs


• Handle any other related job functions as assigned from time to time by the QAQC Project Lead or Project Management aimed at ensuring that quality activities function in line with best practice


• Represent company during client Audits, provide all necessary documents required during Audits exercise.


• QA/QC processes presentation during kick off meetings of new projects.


• Carry out QA/QC induction of new employees


• Carry out QA/QC presentations during monthly HSE meetings


• Prepare all QA/QC deliverables for new projects and respond to client’s comments on it.

Note the candidate must have Electrical Experience
