Description 

• Negotiating with suppliers for lower prices on raw materials or manufactured goods


• Coordinating shipping arrangements, including booking space on vessels and arranging for insurance


• Designing marketing campaigns to promote products or services to consumers


• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that they are adequate to meet consumer demand while avoiding overstocking


• Maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure that they continue to provide high-quality products and services at competitive prices


• Negotiating contracts with suppliers to ensure fair prices and terms of delivery


• Establishing pricing structures for commodities based on factors such as supply and demand, competition, and seasonality


• Researching market opportunities and creating business plans that present viable investment opportunities.

Qualifications Essential Desirable

• BSc in Agriculture, Crop Sciences, Agronomy, Plant Breeding, and any related field or any other related professional qualification.


• 4 to 5 years of working experience in agro commodities.
