Job Summary 

We are looking to hire a spa manager who has sales and spa management experience to oversee all aspects of our day spa.

Responsibilities 

• The Spa Manager will oversee all aspects of the spa. In this position, you will hire and train staff members, delegate tasks to staff, and set schedules.


• You will also be responsible for the performance of the spa, so you must develop marketing campaigns, whether through advertizing campaigns or social media posts.


• You should have years of experience in cosmetology or spa management.


• Fill any non-specialised roles when employees are absent


• Ensure you comply with all employment laws and safety regulations.


• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and professional development among staff members.


• Ensure the smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures.


• Maintain excellent customer service standards, resolving customer complaints.


• Manage and train the  spa staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.


• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the store rep to ensure adequate stock of cosmetics and spa products.


• Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally


• Oversee marketing and customer relationship management initiatives.

Requirements 

• Candidates should possess an
  
  HND / B.Sc Certification


• 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.


• Excellent problem-solving skills


• Ability to work in a really fast-paced environment


• Strong attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• A female gender is preferable
