Job Overview 

The production and maintenance supervisor will be responsible for the supervising and  maintenance of the factory engineering operations and other appliances. 

Deliverables 

• Process and maintenance evaluation 


• Coordination for production plan [with PPIC] – Planning, Production , Inventory , Control Provide reporting [monthly] 


• Development S.O.Ps and comply with all regulation [ISO; GMP; 5S]  


• Provide CILT plan ( Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication & Tightening) 


• Project Progress Monitoring and Report 


• Review Prod Plan from PPIC 


• Evaluating process and provide information to PPIC regarding calculation of material that will be  consumed in process. 


• Evaluating process and provide decision/ judgement during process running. 


• Provide monthly review and reporting. 


• Evaluating maintenance activities 


• Collaborate with related department for development and comply regulation [GMP-5S-ISO, etc] Recommendation work concept for more efficient and effective 


• Controlling utility needs for the production process. 


• Problem solving of the abnormalities of utility machines and power plants. 


• Make a maintenance schedule for power plant unit machines based on utility machine requirements. Provide monthly review and reporting. 


• Arrange planning and the need for spare parts and utility supplies. 


• Provide recommendations in monitoring predictive maintenance. 

Specification 

• Discipline: B.sc/HND in Engineering 


• Major Experience: Mechanical Engineering (1year) and Electrical Engineering (1year) Basic Experience: Use of MS Office, Machine Operations / Repairs. 


• Candidates should reside in Sagamu, Mowe and Abeokuta 


• 3 Years as Supervisory role in Food Manufacturing Industry
