Job Description

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications


• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives


• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job platforms


• Source and shortlist candidates


• Screen candidates resumes and job applications


• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fields


• Minimum of Second-Class Upper Division


• At least one year recruitment or HR experience


• MUST be an NYSC Corp member in search of a PPA


• Ability to commute/relocate:


• Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Lagos before starting work (Required).
