Responsibilities

• Quality control and technical support for all reactive repairs, maintenance and stock improvement works to ensure that the organisations assets are maintained and developed in accordance with agreed business plans, objectives and standards.


• Provide technical support to co-workers, HR/ AdminManager and Kitchen Staff to improve and develop the organisations Technical services.


• Contribute to the organisations Asset Management Strategy by carrying out Appliances condition inspections.


• Carry out any other duties to meet the needs of the business.


• Ensure record keeping of due date to service serviceable appliance.


• Carry out a variety of site inspections to support day to day services.


• Progress monitoring and reporting to HR/Admin Manager.


• Ensure all AC, Fridges/Freezer is been check on daily bases.


• A great maintenance personnel witha solid understanding of plumbing and electrical systems


• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues


• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities


• Having idea on service both petrol and diesel generator will be added advantages.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 10 years relevant work experience.
