Job Description

• Resolve quality related issues in a timely manner.


• Supervise the production process and maintain healthy and hygiene environment in and out the outlets.


• Monitor all activities in line with the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) approach.


• Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product.


• Ensure all agencies and local government documents are updated (HACCP, food handler, both state and local government documents).
