Job Description



  • Lagos City Lead is responsible for developing and implementing sales, marketing, include evaluating the work done by sales representatives and sales officers, training sales teams, and analyzing sales trends.


Responsibilities



  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

  • Responsible for managing the sales of the region and rate individual performances.

  • Report on region-wise sales results

  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits

  • Analyze the region’s market trends and discover new opportunities for growth

  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition

  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

  • Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.

  • Regularly follow up with signed hospitals and healthcare facilities to ensure they are enjoying the services offered by the company.

  • Schedule and conduct sales appointment with key resource personnel of hospitals and healthcare facilities to sell Lifebank product

  • Work with the marketing and sales lead to prepare and deliver suitable sales pitches, proposals and presentations to prospective LifeBank customers.

  • Work in line with company objectives to achieve set sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

  • Provide daily call reports as well as a weekly and monthly report of sales efforts in marked sales territory

  • Regularly follow up with signed hospitals and healthcare facilities to ensure they are enjoying the services offered by the company.


Qualifications



  • B.Sc Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field

  • Master's Degree in a similar discipline.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales.


Requirements:



  • Proven work experience as a Sales manager, or similar senior sales role

  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
