Job Summary:



  • As a BDO, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities and building and nurturing client relationships.

  • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and business development and excellent communication and networking skills.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify and target potential clients 

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs, and develop effective sales strategies.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their trucking and spare parts needs.

  • Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing structures with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

  • Track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management on business development initiatives, sales targets, and revenue forecasts.
