As a BDO, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities and building and nurturing client relationships.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and business development and excellent communication and networking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs, and develop effective sales strategies.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their trucking and spare parts needs.
Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing structures with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management on business development initiatives, sales targets, and revenue forecasts.
