Responsibilities

• Retailers visit and ensure placement of all the company products in the sales outlets.​


• Organize Market Days Campaign and Product Display​


• Assist in the organizing of projects & promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success​


• Communicate directly with agro reatilers and agro dealers and encourage trusting relationships.​


• Support marketing executives in achieving Weekly / Monthly / Yearly sales targets of all products.​

Requirements

• Good Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Extension, Bussiness Administration and related fields


• 1-3 years experience in marketing especailly in a fertilizer indust


• Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Excel/ MS Word/ Powerpoint).


• Good Knowledge of Local Language
