Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties including clerical and administrative support.
Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration.
Compile and update employee records.
Oversee the initial orientation to newly hired employees conducted by FMs.
Assist in planning and conducting training seminars for employees about company policies, procedures, and best practices for their positions.
Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves and assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
Assist in preparing reports on employment data, including recruiting statistics and turnover rates.
Conducting exit interviews with departing employees to learn why they are leaving the company and how the company might improve its retention rate in the future.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
