Job Summary
- Serve customers by providing product and service information.
- Resolve customers’ concerns, complaints and obtain feedback.
- Cross-sell and up-sell product items.
- Ensure sales are closed at the stipulated time.
- Train and mentor, the online sales and helpdesk team on company standards and expectations
- Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the Online sales team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.SC, HND certification in a relevant field
- 2 -3 years’ experience in a customer service role in the food/retail industry
- Experience coaching and supervising a team is desirable.
- Working knowledge of customer service principles & practices
- Willingness to work on a shift basis and weekends
- Possess excellent telephone etiquette.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Computer literacy is highly required.
