Responsibilities:



  • As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients' business needs and our technical solutions. Your expertise will be essential in defining project requirements, designing efficient workflows, and ensuring successful project delivery.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their objectives and expectations.

  • Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Recommend innovative solutions that align with industry best practices.

  • Solution Design: Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications. Work closely with development teams to design solutions that meet client needs and align with project goals.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze data sets to extract meaningful insights, identify trends, and provide recommendations for informed decision-making.

  • Project Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including functional requirements, use cases, process flows, and test plans.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned on project objectives and progress.

  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that developed solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to business analysis. Apply this knowledge to enhance processes and drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience of 5 -7 years as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.

  • Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and data analysis.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Jira) is an added advantage.

  • Experience with business analysis tools and software is preferred.
