Skills, Duties and Responsibilities



  1. Cold Calling in designated coverage cluster of Home Estates

  2. Generate Leads and Manage Funnel of Hot/Warm/Cold calls for Sales

  3. Send daily report and updates as required by ASM/FBB Head

  4. Conduct Sales Meetings with Clients at their premises/homes

  5. Follow up with leads on daily basis for sales generation

  6. Sales Officer-Fixed Line requires many soft skills with an understanding of technical aspects.

  7. Liaise with Customer care team to help customers in recharging and resolution of complaints as part of customer retention and life cycle management.

  8. Develop, build, and manage a client base for references and repeat sales

  9. Handle the sales process at each stage from prospecting to product description to CAF sign up with payment collection and finally installation of broadband connection at customer premises

  10. Meet and build relations with Facility Managers in Estates for marketing activities leading to Residential Sales initiatives

  11. Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email, WhatsApp and networking events

  12. Appoint SSA and build relations with them to generate leads

  13. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help promote the residential sales programs

  14. Tracking of competition in our service areas for their presence and tariff plans


Qualifications



  1. Self-Motivated and Self Starter

  2. Ability to communicate effectively and handle customer queries

  3. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Statistics or a related field.

  4. 2-3 years of relevant sales experience

  5. Direct sales experience from Telecom/ISP only.

  6. Required experience from any of the ISP’s or MVNO in Nigeria like IPNX, ISN, Cobranet, Fibre1, VDT, Swift, Hoops telecoms, Ngcom, Mangonet, Mainone, Airtel. MTN, etc

  7. Candidate should have door to door, front line, cold sales and direct sales experience only.

  8.  Age between 25 and 35 Years.

  9. Ability to work independently and without supervision

  10. Well-organized and detailed approach to work is an added advantage.

  11.  Job changing should not be too frequent.

  12. Time management is key
