Job Description

• Ordering for fish and other grilling items from store


• Preparation of fish for grilling purposes


• Grill fish to meet Turn around time of 45 minutes


• Cutting and marinating fish appropriately


• Update production schedules, recipe cards, and plating guides.


• Adhere to sanitation, cleanliness, health and safety regulations.


• Ensure kitchen equipment and supplies are maintained clean and sanitized.


• Record orders as they come and keep proper information on all orders


• Set daily priorities and inform changes in assignment that may arise anytime.


• Interact with guests, get their feedback and record their complaints.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an NCE / OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
