Responsibilities



  • Screens potential business opportunities by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials, evaluating options, resolving internal priorities, recommending equity investments

  • Supports the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short-, mediurn- and long-term profitability and stakeholders' returns

  • Develop and lead the Business Development team in sourcing, managing, and implementing new business opportunities and expanding brand presence

  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations

  • Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

  • Preparing all documentation required for a business for proposals


Qualification and Requirements



  • Minimum of First degree in relevant discipline and 10 years relevant work experience.

  • Having experience in Federal Government Ministries is considered a valuable asset.

  • Strong business acumen and presentation skills

  • A good understanding of marketing principles

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills

  • Understanding multiple Nigeria languages will be an added advantage
