As a Front Desk Personnel, you will be the face of our company, responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for our clients and visitors. Your primary duties will include:



  • Greeting clients and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.

  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

  • Assisting with general administrative tasks.

  • Managing appointments, and reservations.

  • Providing information about our real estate services to clients.

  • Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.

  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • Female candidates residing along the Ajah-Sangotedo axis are preferred.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

  • A professional and polished appearance.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
