Manage the operational team of engineers, technicians, and contractors in achieving the companies ‘objectives
Provide key contribution to achieving Zero station Down-time through proactive risk management and contingencies planning
Manage all Non-Productive Time and Non-conformance reports promptly to ensure the achievement of the company’s production target
Drives cost saving and efficiency optimization initiatives
Develop strategies for closing gaps between actual and forecasted deliverables.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. An MBA or M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering is an advantage
10-15 years of OFSE / upstream oil industry experience
Commercial/technical experience with Oil & Gas service/supply company and its contracting terms and condition will be an advantage
OFSE and E&P project and operations lead experience across multiple sectors: Subsurface, Reservoir, intervention and Production, Drilling, Facilities. OFSE experience field service manager or operations manager experience is an added advantage
Good knowledge of Industry safety procedures and environmental management systems
An understanding of all industry legislative and regulatory requirements, including project proposals, submissions, reports, approvals, cost recovery components, and auditing
P&L Management experience
Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and have a high level of comfort in making presentations to various stakeholders.
Clear leadership skills with experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams
