RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Responsible for generating sales from large Enterprises in Nigeria in Infra Managed Services / Cloud Managed Services / Cyber Security Services

  • Complete coverage of markets to generate a funnel of more than N1.5Bn and deliver new sales closures of at least N200 Monthly.

  • Ensure 100% adoption of our Salesforce CRM. Daily/weekly/monthly reviews with the reporting officers in Nigeria as well as the global team in India

  • Key Account Management with CEO/CXO engagements and Quarterly Governance meets.

  • Work closely with clients to identify gaps/ opportunities for sales prospects.

  • Enhance and grow key accounts in the region through relationship building and maximize sale opportunities in IT Sales.

  • Experience in drafting proposals on IT Solutions and consulting assignments.

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams in designing and presenting solutions to customers.

  • Responsible for Coordinating with the reporting manager and Sales and Commercial team for rate negotiation and approved agreements.

  • Responsible for Expanding existing markets and developing new markets through innovative sales strategies.

  • Responsible for imparting product and market updates (competition) to cross-functional teams.

  • Responsible for tracking customer escalation and its resolution with the Operations team.

  • Complying to all norms of Intelics Solutions


REQUIRMRNTS



  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline. MBA is an added advantage.

  • A minimum of 10 years of overall experience with the last 5 years in Infra Managed Services / Cloud Managed Services / Cyber Securities at top OEMs, SIs.

  • Experience in at least two of these three services is preferred.

  • Large Enterprise CTO/CISO engagement experience for the last +5 years

  • Consistent performer delivering >N150mn in annual sales from new inorganic Customers.

  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
