Position Overview:


We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and sales, with a strong focus on the educational, emigration and travel sectors loans. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and fostering growth in the lending market.


Responsibilities:



  • Identify and target educational institutions, travel agencies, and other relevant partners to promote Creditze's educational loan products.

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Present and demonstrate the benefits of Creditze's loan products to potential partners through compelling proposals and presentations.

  • Drive the development and execution of business development strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Organise and participate in educational fairs, travel fairs, seminars, and workshops to increase brand awareness and establish Creditze as a trusted loan provider.

  • Continuously monitor the effectiveness of business development initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary to maximise results.

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on business development activities and achievements.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of successful business development and sales, preferably in the financial.

  • Strong understanding of the educational, emigration  and travel financing loan market.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at educational institutions.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform business decisions.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

  • Familiarity with financial products and lending processes.
