Role Summary



  • The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.


Your Role


Your responsibilities as a Fleet Associate are as follows but not limited to:



  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.

  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated with the latest market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

  • Contract Negotiations: Work with potential clients to negotiate and finalize deals.

  • Feedback Gathering: Collect feedback from customers and prospects to inform product improvements.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to align strategies and enhance customer experience.

  • Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.


Skills and job specifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in [specific industry if applicable].

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
