Job Summary



  • As Gigmile’s Platform Onboarding Officer, you will educate, onboard captains on our various partners’ platforms. Throughout our customer lifecycles, we prioritize delivering a fantastic customer experience, and onboarding is the first step of that process.


Roles and Responsibilities



  • Overseeing and managing the customer onboarding process on various platforms.

  • Collaborating with partners in finding solutions for optimizing the customer onboarding process and implementing them.

  • Managing, assigning, and conducting onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations, and product demos.

  • Educating captains and working with the team to optimize their setup for the quickest path to success.

  • Providing materials to help customers learn best practices to better achieve their desired outcomes.


Qualifications


Education and Certifications:



  • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.


Experience:



  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer support, sales, account management, or customer success.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:



  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)

  • Must be customer service-centric.

  • Must possess basic technical skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
