Role Overview:



  • The Head of Marketing and Communication is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving all marketing and communication strategies, initiatives, and activities within the organization.

  • The  role involves developing and executing comprehensive plans to enhance brand visibility, market share, and customer engagement.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


Strategy Development:



  • Develop and implement the overall marketing and communication strategy aligned with Termiis objectives and brand identity.

  • Identify target audiences, market segments, and key messaging to effectively reach and engage customers.


Team Leadership:



  • Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing and communication team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team members are aligned with the strategic goals.


Brand Management:



  • Maintain and enhance Termii's brand image and reputation in the market.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.


Campaign Management:



  • Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, traditional media, events, and more.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.


Digital Marketing:



  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.


Public Relations and Communication:



  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies for both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Approve media relations, press releases, and crisis communication to protect and enhance the company's reputation.


Market Research and Analysis:



  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

  • Use market insights to adapt strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.

  • Use a data led approach in all research


Budget Management:



  • Create and manage the marketing and communication budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in all marketing activities.


Collaboration:



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and customer support to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.

  • Proven experience (at least  8+ years) in marketing and communication roles, with at least 3+ years in a leadership position.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels, including digital and traditional.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools to drive decision-making.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in crisis management and handling media relations is a plus.

  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance.

  • Adaptability to changing market trends and technologies
