- A Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for planning and organizing a company’s marketing. He or she must be able to calculate the demand of the products or services offered by the company, determine customer base, monitor trends, analyse competition, forecast revenues, and establish pricing strategies.
- The goal of this job is to coordinate all aspects of marketing in order to ensure profits.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Executive & streamline marketing overflows through automation, marketing operations management analysis & ROI reporting.
- Build a marketing dashboard and report & report on marketing operational metrics relating to data in various databases.
- Manage the marketing analytics classifications process to ensure marketing efforts are properly being reported.
- Update the General manager on business process and operating plan and financial model and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports received from Marketing Operations lead and specialist.
- Carry out market research to gain a clear understanding of what an organization's customers really want.
- Perform periodic performance evaluations of the staff working for them.
- Analyse market trends with an aim of identifying unexploited or new markets for the organization's products and services
- Manage internal communication and development interventions to ensure competence levels of marketing staff meet operational level requirements
- Provides relevant guidance and support to unit marketing teams and stakeholders in the execution of marketing plans and initiatives.
- Perform other duties assigned to you by your Line Manager
- Keeps up to date on strategic business plans/ attends relevant meetings

- No of new innovations with the quarter

Qualification and Competencies
- First Degree in Marketing, Accounting or Business Administration
- 5‐6years’ experience field sales experience and demonstrated levels of performance across varied situations
- APCON Certifications / Master’s Degree preferably
- Experience in similar industry and in‐depth product knowledge
- Demonstrated experience in developing content and managing communications across various social media platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project Management Skills
- Excellent Problem Solving skills
- Interpreting situations to extract trends and formulate assumptions
