Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Responsible for recruitment of contract staff for the group
- Responsible for the training of all the contract staff on project activation/ execution
- Responsible for the maintenance and regular and prompt update of contract staff database
- Responsible for the allocation of contract staff for the group depending on request.
- Manages project execution support for the group
- Responsible for outlet data management
- Ensure salary schedule is prepared for payment contract staff members
- Conducts a thorough background check on all contract staff
- Ensure weekly report is submitted to the COO on logistics activities
- Ensure all brand ambassadors meet required criteria for engagement
- check list to ensure no blacklisted BA is employed
- Follow-up on the BA’s activities to avoid lapses and error
- Ensure that completed projects are delivered quickly and accurately
- Any other task assigned by the line manager of head of unit.
Key Performance Indicators / Performance Goals
- Recruitment and verification of verified contract staff for the group
- Prompt provision of contract employee information as at when requested
- Minimal errors in preparing the salary schedule for the BA’s
- Deliver effectively within the time frame of a project
- Ensure contract staff are paid as at when due
- Swift response time to complaints from internal and external customers
- Ensures accuracy of employee database.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications and Masters as added advantage
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations functions
- Knowledge of and passion for marketing concepts, methods and techniques
- PMP or related professional qualification
