  • As a growth marketing manager, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for the company's products or services.

  • You will play a crucial role in increasing the organization's customer base and market share by implementing effective marketing tactics.


Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement datadriven marketing strategies.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers, generate leads, and increase the user base.

  • Continuously analyze user behavior and marketing data to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates at various stages of the customer journey.

  • Optimize landing pages, funnels, and other touchpoints to increase conversions.

  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to stakeholders.

  • Identify and understand the target audience, segment customers and create marketing strategies based on demographics, behavior, and other relevant criteria.

  • Develop strategies to increase customer retention and engagement.

  • Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize marketing efforts and identify the most effective tactics for growth.

  • Monitor and analyze competitor marketing strategies to stay ahead in the market and identify new growth opportunities.

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve growth objectives.


Qualifications



  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.

  • 5+ years of experience in a growthfocused marketing role especially.

  • Strong knowledge of various digital marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools to derive insights and make datadriven decisions.

  • Ability to come up with innovative marketing ideas and test unconventional approaches to achieve growth objectives.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other relevant marketing technologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.

  • Ability to adapt to changes and stay uptodate with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

  • Strong leadership and management Skills.
