Responsibilities

• Brewing and serving a variety of coffee and espresso beverages to our high-quality standards.


• Providing outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and making recommendations.


• Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and preferences are met.


• Creating visually appealing latte art and presentations to enhance the overall coffee experience.


• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including coffee equipment, counters, and utensils.


• Monitoring and restocking coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed.


• Handling cash transactions and providing correct change.


• Collaborating with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess OND / HND qualifications with 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.


• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.


• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.


• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle busy shifts gracefully.


• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages.


• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.


• A genuine enthusiasm for coffee and a desire to continually learn about coffee beans and origins.
