Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for new print products
- Conceptualize, design, and prototype new print products, keeping in mind aesthetic appeal, functionality, and cost-effectiveness
- Conduct market research to understand competitive offerings and ensure our products stand out in the market
- Develop and maintain detailed product specifications, including design elements, materials, production processes, and cost estimates
- Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless transition from product development to production phase
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to generate innovative ideas for print products
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling product presentations, marketing collateral, and sales materials
- Monitor the performance of launched products, gather feedback, and make recommendations for product improvements
- Stay informed about advancements in printing technology and materials, and integrate relevant innovations into product development strategies
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENT
- HND / BSC in related field from recognized institutions
- 2-3years work experience as Product development Officer in printing and Advertisement industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and production processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver
