The Software Developer Facilitator will develop course content, facilitate trainings and mentor students.

Job Description

• Develop courses and course outline


• Facilitate and anchor training sessions


• Obtain information from students


• Solve and escalate student problems


• Mentor students


• Manage training related projects

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree


• Must have Software Development Proficiency.


• Experience working on a variety of software development projects.


• Must possess a passion for continuous learning and be able to adapt to new tools, frameworks, and methodologies


• Good communication skills


• Experience in training an added advantage

Candidates must possess at least TWO of the following

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or its equivalent


• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or its equivalent


• Certified Java Developer (Oracle) or its equivalent
