Job Summary
- The job holder is responsible for driving our business growth through client acquisition and relationship management.
- The Corporate Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and targeting corporate clients, understanding their hiring needs, and promoting our recruitment services to help them find the best talent in the industry.
Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients within different industries and sectors.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' hiring needs and challenges.
- Actively engage in prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships to acquire new corporate clients.
Sales and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients by providing exceptional service and understanding their business objectives.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the successful fulfillment of corporate client job orders.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to corporate clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term partnership.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct research to identify potential market niches and emerging opportunities.
- Use market insights to develop targeted sales strategies and approaches.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing or any relevant field.
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in recruitment, insurance, or health maintenance organizations
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and generating leads.
- Experience as a sales representative consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Knowledge of digital marketing
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Experience setting sales goals
- Any other relevant qualification is an added advantage.
